Collision Center Estimator Drive Family First | Elk Grove Custom Collision Center | Elk Grove, CA Full-Time | Commission-Based | Expected Annual Earnings: $75,000-$130,000+ Our mission is simple: drive people and communities forward. When a customer walks into our Elk Grove Custom Collision Center, they're often having one of the most stressful weeks of their year. Our Estimator is the person who turns that around. We're looking for an experienced Collision Center Estimator who leads with heart, follows through on their word, and takes real pride in their craft. If that sounds like you, keep reading.

Requirements

• 3+ years of collision estimating experience preferred.
• Experience with CCC ONE & Mitchell Cloud or similar estimating software.
• Knowledge of insurance claims and DRP repair processes preferred.
• Strong understanding of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• I-CAR Platinum Certification preferred
• A positive attitude, a team-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and write complete, accurate estimates you can stand behind — because we do the right thing, even when no one's watching.
• Develop repair plans that put safe, high-quality repairs first, completed to manufacturer standards.
• Write estimates and supplements using CCC ONE (or similar estimating software).
• Guide customers through the repair process with genuine care and clear, honest communication — earning trust at every step.
• Negotiate supplements with insurance companies and adjusters with professionalism and tenacity — grit is how we keep repairs moving.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep workflow efficient, and monitor every repair from estimate through final delivery.
• Return customers' vehicles clean, complete, and ready for the road — delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish.
