About The Position

Jerry Seiner Dealerships is hiring an experienced Collision Center Estimator / Auto Body Estimator to join our growing collision repair team. This full-time position is ideal for candidates with experience in collision repair estimating, insurance claims, customer service, and dealership or body shop operations. If you are a motivated professional with experience writing auto body repair estimates and working in a fast-paced collision center environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Collision Estimator, Auto Body Estimator, Body Shop Estimator, Repair Estimator, or Automotive Service Advisor
• Collision center or dealership experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced collision repair environment
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and professional
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Write accurate collision repair estimates
• Inspect vehicle damage and create detailed repair plans
• Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and technicians
• Manage insurance supplements and repair approvals
• Update repair orders and monitor repair timelines
• Coordinate with parts and production teams to ensure efficient repairs
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process
• Maintain accurate documentation and repair records
