The program aims to help students develop skills related to their academic field, enhance professional resumes, improve interview habits, build networking skills, and foster professionalism. Interns become valued members of the Gaylor Electric culture, learning about high-value positions in the trades. The internship provides hands-on, real-world experience to expand knowledge beyond the classroom, apply academic concepts, develop potential, and make key contacts for future networking.
