The College Intern performs a wide range of activities and projects of varying levels of professional complexity within the area of specialty. This role provides general administrative and clerical support to assist with the department's daily operations. The intern will communicate professionally with staff, clients, and other internal or external contacts to support smooth and efficient workflows. They will assist with entry-level tasks and services aligned with the department’s goals and projects, receiving training, guidance, and mentorship from experienced staff to support professional growth. The intern will also conduct basic research and help prepare summaries, reports, or recommendations based on findings, and contribute to the planning and execution of special projects that support skill development and hands-on learning. Collaboration with other departments and acting as a liaison as needed will support communication and coordination. The incumbent will maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive documents, information, or discussions.
