About The Position

Dow has an exciting part-time cooperative education job opportunity available in Midland, MI or Houston, TX. This program is designed for academically successful students who meet ALL of the specific job and co-op program requirements listed below and who can simultaneously succeed both in school and in a professional work environment. In this role, you’ll support the Dow Center for Contract Labor, a global, cross-functional team focused on governing and improving how contract labor is managed across the company. Your work will span HR Contract Labor Team support, process and documentation management, data analysis, and coordination with a broad range of stakeholders—providing hands‑on exposure to how enterprise‑level programs operate in a global organization.
