About The Position

Assist customers with all financial servicing needs through both inbound and outbound contact. Listening to their specific situations, help determine how customers can best utilize company products and services. Work both cooperatively and independently in a goal-oriented environment to meet personal and team targets, balancing demands of multiple tasks and activities throughout the day. Negotiate with customers to resolve account matters, following all applicable laws, policies, and procedures including compliance with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and state regulations. Maintain and note all appropriate information and documentation on customer and account status. Collaborate both in person and virtually, using available technology to connect with other internal teams.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in utilizing multiple tools/systems simultaneously
  • Skilled at achieving and exceeding goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in customer service, collections or call center environments
  • Bilingual: Spanish
