About The Position

We’re looking for a Collections Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of our accounts receivable process. In this role, you'll balance professionalism with persistence to ensure timely collections while supporting our customer-first culture. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues and help us scale sustainably.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or billing—ideally in a B2B or SaaS/IT environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-service mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven company.
Experience with accounting and CRM systems.
Basic understanding of finance principles and standard collection practices

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices.
Reach out to customers via phone, email, and other channels to secure payments.
Partner with the sales, support, and billing teams to quickly resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of communication and payment activity in our systems.
Escalate complex issues while maintaining client relationships.
Analyze aging reports and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
Help optimize collection workflows as we grow.
