About The Position

We’re looking for a Collections Specialist who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take ownership of our accounts receivable process. In this role, you'll balance professionalism with persistence to ensure timely collections while supporting our customer-first culture. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues and help us scale sustainably.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or billing—ideally in a B2B or SaaS/IT environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven company.
  • Experience with accounting and CRM systems.
  • Basic understanding of finance principles and standard collection practices

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts and proactively follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Reach out to customers via phone, email, and other channels to secure payments.
  • Partner with the sales, support, and billing teams to quickly resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of communication and payment activity in our systems.
  • Escalate complex issues while maintaining client relationships.
  • Analyze aging reports and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
  • Help optimize collection workflows as we grow.
