About The Position

TNT Financial Inc. is seeking a motivated and professional Collections Specialist to join our team. Nice To Haves

Experience in collections, customer service, call center operations, or skip tracing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Contact consumers regarding past-due accounts and arrange payment solutions.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining collection goals.
Handle difficult conversations professionally and effectively de-escalate situations.
Perform skip tracing activities to locate consumers who have become difficult to contact using multiple databases and resources.
Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly.
Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail.
Follow company policies and applicable collection regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve department objectives.
