Requirements

Experience supporting customers by phone, including inbound and outbound calls, in a structured work environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and respectfully
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn internal systems and processes quickly

Nice To Haves

Background in collections, customer service, account support, billing, credit, or related business operations is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with payment resolution, account follow-up, or compliance standards such as FDCPA is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound account communications to resolve outstanding balances and support timely account resolution.
Document customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account updates accurately in client systems.
Review loan and account details to confirm accuracy, authorization, and compliance with client guidelines.
Use approved tools and systems to process updates, support payment activity, and maintain complete account records.
Provide professional, respectful service while balancing quality, productivity, and compliance expectations.
