About The Position
In this role, you will support customers by helping them navigate early-stage financial challenges while providing excellent service. This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements
- Customer-focused and comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
- Motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
- Interested in building a career in financial services or customer operations
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Responsibilities
- Managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Working within an auto dial system
- Handling early stage collections
- Averaging 80 - 100 calls per day
- Providing financial guidance and solutions to customers
- Supporting consumer loan and credit card accounts
