About The Position

Court Fee Collections Representative 💲 Starting Pay: $13.00/hour + Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people find solutions? We are seeking motivated Court Fee Collections Representatives to join our client's team. In this role, you will work with individuals to resolve unpaid city and county misdemeanor and felony court costs and fines through professional, respectful communication. Requirements

• Previous collections, customer service, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous in challenging conversations.
• Dependable with excellent attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to individuals with outstanding court costs and fines.
• Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and payment agreements.
• Provide professional customer service while handling sensitive situations.
• Follow company policies and legal guidelines for collections.
