About The Position
We’re seeking a driven Collections Representative with strong phone-based collections experience to join a fast-paced team. This role focuses on resolving accounts, negotiating payments, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Phone-based collections experience (auto, credit card, or mortgage)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems with ease
- Customer-focused mindset
Nice To Haves
- Impound or auto finance experience
- Experience in accounts receivable or collections
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on accounts
- Manage daily account queues efficiently
- Perform skip tracing and support repossession activities when needed
