About The Position
The Collections Manager is responsible for extensive contact with customers by phone or at their homes to renew rental agreements. This role also involves driving company vehicles, picking up merchandise from customer homes, performing service calls, loading and unloading freight trucks, and engaging in sales of furniture, appliances, and electronics. Other general duties may be assigned by management.
Requirements
- Heavy lifting (able to lift and carry 50-100 lbs regularly)
- Class D chauffeur's driver's license with a good MVR
- Excellent customer service skills
- minimum 23 years of age
Nice To Haves
- Bi-lingual Spanish and English preferred
- Collections, sales, management or customer service experience helpful
- Sales, collections, or customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Heavy Lifting: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
- Collections (Extensive contact with customers by phone or at the home to renew rental agreements)
- Drive company vehicles
- Pick up merchandise from customer homes if not able to pay
- Cleaning and refurbishing previously rented merchandise
- Service calls (trouble shoot rental merchandise, deliver loaners when needed)
- Load and unload freight trucks
- Sales (Furniture, appliances, electronics)
- Other general duties as directed by management
