Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically, five or more years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Leading a team of EF Servicing Team members.
  • Showing versatility and excellent time management.
  • Responsible for training, coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, requests and problems, as needed.
  • Researches, analyzes, and provides solutions that meet the customer’s needs.
  • Testing as needed in the UAT environment with EF applications and customer online portal
  • Lead through process improvements and transformation
  • Engage with team members and handle customer escalations.
  • Work additional projects as assigned.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate within team as well as with other areas of the organization.
  • Strong ability to escalate concerns timely and effectively.
  • Desire to develop a strong team to meet organization objectives.
  • Proactively identify new and better ways of working.
