Collections Customer Service
About The Position
TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Collections Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix, AZ 85034 area! This role operates in a call center production environment, utilizing an auto-dialer for outbound calls and also receiving inbound calls. The primary focus is on early-stage collections (1-30 days late), involving 80-120+ calls per day. The goal is to control and collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts in the early stages of delinquency, while also providing member financial counseling and mitigating loss.

Responsibilities
