About The Position

TEKsystems is currently searching for career-driven candidates interested in a Delinquency Control Counselor opportunity with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in the Phoenix, AZ area! This role operates in a call center production environment, utilizing an auto-dialer for outbound calls and also receiving inbound calls. The primary focus is on early-stage collections (1-30 days late), with an expectation of making 80-120+ calls per day. The goal is to control and collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts in the early stages of delinquency, while also providing member financial counseling and mitigating loss.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute on an as-needed basis onsite.
• Must be okay with either shift: Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm or 9:30am - 6:00pm.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 Saturdays per month.
• If working on a Saturday, will have one day off during the week.

Responsibilities

• Control/collect on past due Consumer Loan and Credit Card accounts for early stages of delinquency.
• Provide member financial counseling.
• Mitigate loss.
