Job Summary The Collections Coordinator will oversee the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including payment application, account reconciliation, and collections, while maintaining positive attorney and client relationships. The Collections Coordinator is trusted to manage complex and high-value accounts, exercise sound judgment in sensitive collection matters, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be required to develop an understanding of assigned accounts receivable through regular meetings with the revenue team to support management of client portfolios and promote proactive collection practices.
