About The Position

In the role of Collections Coordinator, the top priority will be ensuring we are continuing to provide all of our customers with quality, efficient customer service, while focusing on timely remittance of payment, processing of invoices, and recovery of late payments. You will use intuitive research and person-to-person communication skills to contact customers by phone, e-mail, and standard mail, and will assist in negotiating prompt payment for our services, while negotiating repayment plans. Previous experience in a collections role is highly helpful, but those with a determined nature, top-notch customer service skills, attention to detail, and thorough follow-up are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in a collections based role
• Proactive communicator with exceptional customer service knowledge
• Focused, results driven, and a proven problem solver
• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• High volume workload alongside an effective team of collection specialists

Responsibilities

• Contact customers via phone and email to collect delinquent payments.
• Collaborate with operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Be organized with accounts to have biweekly aging meetings with management.
