About The Position

Byrider is seeking a Collections Agent for their Dayton, OH location. This role is with CNAC, Byrider's exclusive lending company. The Collections Agent will be responsible for collections, customer service, customer retention, assisting with lending/credit origination, ensuring branch compliance, and demonstrating a high level of customer service while working with consumer finance software. Ongoing training classes will be provided.

Requirements

• 2+ years of collections, customer retention, management, call center, team leader/senior customer service rep, sales, or related experience
• Good communication, computer & customer service skills
• Able to work the hours listed & 100% onsite
• Able to pass a background check
