About The Position
Byrider is seeking a Collections Agent for their Columbus, IN location. This role is with CNAC, Byrider's exclusive lending company. The position involves collections, customer service, customer retention, and assisting with lending/credit origination, while ensuring branch compliance and demonstrating a high level of customer service. The agent will work with consumer finance software and attend ongoing training classes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of collections, customer retention, management, call center, team leader/senior customer service rep, sales, or related experience
- Good communication, computer & customer service skills
- Able to work the hours listed & 100% onsite
- Able to pass a background check
