Reporting to the Supervisor, Billing, the Collections Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day service fee receivable collections of the Company. Major components of the position include the implementation of collection policies, the assignment of functions and the implementation of changes to improve the overall service level of the billing department, review status of delinquent accounts and initiation of appropriate collection processes. Assessing and improving overall collection performance is expected – both current and long term, to meet company objectives. MHNL is the selected proponent to design, manage and operate a single, integrated road and air ambulance service in Newfoundland and Labrador.
