Under the supervision of the Site Manager / Manager of Mobile Operations / Field Supervisor / Assistant Manager, the Collection Supervisor assumes responsibility for supervising the staff in collections at fixed and/or mobile sites. This role monitors collection activities to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, serves as a resource for donor eligibility and phlebotomy complications, and is responsible for meeting projected production goals. The supervisor delegates duties to staff, coordinates with mobile chairpersons, promotes a positive image of CBC to the community, and performs the duties of a Site Manager in their absence.
