About The Position

ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Collection Strategist - PED Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support a contract in Colorado Springs, CO. If you have experience as a Collection Strategist - PED Manager, this opportunity might be for you. The selected candidate's responsibilities will include representing USNORTHCOM in multiple collection management and ISR forums, departmental and national-level interagency committees, boards, and working groups, as directed by the Government. This role involves applying knowledge of contractor-owned/contractor-operated and government owned/contractor-operated ISR and related PED capabilities, capacities, limitations, and support relationships to support mission planning and execution. The position requires researching, analyzing, documenting, and recommending improvements to PED processes, workflows, and support relationships for theater and national collection systems. The candidate will coordinate with Air Operations Centers, Service components, Combat Support Agencies, and mission partners to align collection strategies with available PED capacity, analytic priorities, and dissemination requirements. Responsibilities also include monitoring PED timeliness, throughput, and workflow performance for assigned missions; identifying actual or projected bottlenecks; and recommending mitigation measures to improve responsiveness and mission support. Developing and maintaining PED-related trackers, status reports, process documentation, and briefing materials to provide visibility on tasking, processing, exploitation, dissemination, and support shortfalls is crucial. The role involves advising government personnel on PED feasibility, supportability, and risk tradeoffs associated with collection strategies, sensor employment, and mission prioritization decisions. Finally, the candidate will support the development and refinement of PED-related standard operating procedures, concepts, business rules, and battle rhythm events to improve synchronization and mission effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Active DOW Top Secret clearance with SCI is required.
  • Candidates without a minimum of a Top Secret clearance will not be considered.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • An additional four (4) years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in ISR operations, PED management, collection management, airborne ISR support, or related intelligence operations.
  • Shall have the ability to represent USNORTHCOM in multiple collection management and ISR forums, departmental and national-level interagency committees, boards, and working groups.
  • Shall possess experience with contractor-owned/contractor operated and government owned/contractor-operated ISR and related PED capabilities.
  • Shall demonstrate knowledge of PED processes for theater and national collection systems and the ability to research, document, assess, and revise PED workflows.
  • Shall have experience coordinating with Air Operations Centers, Military Services, including the USAF Distributed Common Ground System, and Combat Support Agencies.
  • Shall be able to develop process documentation, trackers, reports, and briefing materials related to PED operations and timeliness.
