Requirements

Experience with ISR operations or intelligence planning
Experience developing collection requirements, strategies, or plans to address intelligence and information gaps
Experience coordinating with multi‑INT stakeholders across GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, or cyber collection disciplines
Experience evaluating collection performance or assisting in the assessment of ISR tasking, reporting, or sensor alignment
Ability to translate intelligence gaps into specific, measurable collection requirements
Ability to integrate collection planning with operational or targeting workflows
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of experience in supporting intelligence collection management or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience in supporting intelligence collection management

Nice To Haves

Experience at the CCMD or Military Service level
Knowledge of ISR asset capabilities, limitations, and processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) workflows
Knowledge of joint intelligence processes, collection management doctrine, and ISR enterprise capabilities
Knowledge of the relationships between intelligence requirements, sensor tasking, collection operations, and reporting
