About The Position

Responsible for supporting the AR Manager and supervising collection specialists to effectively collect outstanding balances due from third-party payers. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, able to express themselves professionally both verbally and in writing, and a proactive professional capable of identifying and resolving collection trends in a timely manner. This role requires staying informed on all current Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor regulations and requirements, communicating changes to management and staff, and maintaining current and accessible documentation. The position involves managing, motivating, and supervising team members, along with other assigned duties as required.
