About The Position

This role provides onsite advanced administrative support to our Colleague Health and Wellness department, serving as a key point of contact for employees, leaders, and clinical partners. Working with a high level of independence and discretion, you’ll manage confidential health records, coordinate appointments and compliance requirements, and support workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work processes. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong attention to detail, and a solid understanding of Employee Health, Human Resources, and regulatory requirements—along with a commitment to living our Mission, Vision, and Values every day.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One year in multi-functional office setting required
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Intermediate computer skills with an emphasis on MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and high volume of work
  • Use of basic office equipment (calculator, copier, FAX)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with workers' compensation claims management preferred
  • Human Resources or Employee Health experience preferred
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred
