About The Position

Isola is hiring a Collation Operator at its Chandler, Arizona location. The role prepares sheeted prepreg efficiently and on time for the lay-up process, ensuring collated loads are continuously available to the lay-up line. The operator verifies work orders and tooling programs, inspects materials for quality issues, enters inventory transactions and maintains traceability records in SAP, and reports material discrepancies. The schedule is 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Wednesday through Friday, plus every other Saturday. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, is required. Compensation is $22 per hour plus a $3.25-per-hour shift differential.

Requirements

Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently to follow work instructions, communicate safety information, and complete job-related documentation.
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift, with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping.
Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Verify work orders and tooling programs used to operate machines.
Inspect and identify materials, removing any material with quality problems such as debris, damage, or breakage.
Enter all material transactions into the SAP inventory tracking system and report identified material discrepancies.
Maintain records for material usage and product traceability within SAP.
Perform other duties as assigned.
