About The Position

Isola is hiring a Collation Operator at its Chandler, Arizona location. The role prepares sheeted prepreg efficiently and on time for the lay-up process, ensuring collated loads are available for the lay-up line at all times. The position is on D Shift, 6:00 PM–6:30 AM, Wednesday through Friday plus every other Saturday. Overtime, including extended shifts and weekend work, is required. Compensation is $22 per hour plus a $3.25 per hour shift differential. Skill level: B.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating machinery or working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English at a level necessary to follow work instructions, communicate safety information, and complete job-related documentation.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift and frequently bend, reach, and grasp.
• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Verify work orders and tooling programs used to operate machines.
• Inspect material and identify and remove material with quality problems, such as debris, damage, or breakage.
• Enter material transactions into the SAP inventory tracking system and report material discrepancies.
• Maintain records for material usage and product traceability within SAP.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
