About The Position

This is an opportunity to be part of something bigger, to help people connect, learn, and embrace the future with confidence. If you’re ready to engage, educate, and inspire, we invite you to join us in shaping the next generation of digital experiences. Town & Country Federal Credit Union is looking for a friendly, engaging individual who loves working with people and is curious about new technology. As a Collab: Tech Specialist, you’ll help members and guests explore our interactive Collab: Tech space, where technology and community come together. This isn’t a technical support or IT role, it’s about making technology approachable, showing people how to use it, and helping them feel confident with tools like our mobile banking app, voice AI, and other digital solutions. We’ll train you on the technology, we just ask that you bring enthusiasm, people skills, and willingness to learn. At Town & Country, we believe progress happens when people connect, share ideas, and learn together. Collab: Tech is our way of creating a welcoming, hands-on space where guests can learn about and experience new technology in action.
