About The Position
SAIC is seeking a qualified Knowledge Management Web Developer to join their team in Rock Island, IL. The Knowledge Management Web Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing tools and technologies for fostering knowledge management and collaboration within the enterprise. This includes developing storage platforms, index strategies, and user interfaces for managing knowledge assets effectively. The role involves capturing, categorizing, and organizing business information obtained through direct communication with end users, and strategically designing workflows and processes to support knowledge management activities. The developer will implement and enhance collaboration and knowledge management platforms like Microsoft SharePoint to improve the accessibility and management of organizational information, and stay updated with emerging collaboration tools and technologies to innovate and optimize existing systems. Responsibilities also include analyzing technical problems of moderate scope and complexity, working under general direction to deliver compliant and accurate technical outcomes, supporting project milestones and deliverables, and ensuring technical deliverables align with project timelines and organizational requirements.
