About The Position
The Cold Brew Maker is a Production Assistant in the Roastery. Our Cold Brew Makers are tasked with the cold brew process of making and bottling the product and equipment upkeep. We expect all Cold Brew makers to have an intimate knowledge of our products and offerings.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food product manufacturing preferred
Responsibilities
- Grinding, brewing, and bottling of cold brew coffee
- Receiving and storing all roastery related orders as they are delivered to the roastery
- Organize and maintain cold brew refrigerators.
- Emptying, cleaning, and maintaining cold brew tanks and equipment daily
- Follow the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
- Maintain the cleanliness of the roastery, parking lot, perimeter of building, storm drains, etc.
