The Beans & Brew Clerk is responsible for performing essential duties with accuracy and maintaining a high level of productivity. This role requires the ability to exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior, promote high morale within the department and store through honest and open communication, and maintain good working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales. The clerk must comply with all company policies, programs, and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct, and provide professional examples for other store team members. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a clean and organized department that promotes a great customer experience and helping to maintain adequate and appropriate department records at all times.
