About The Position

The Coin Bin Driver is responsible for operating and maintaining the safety, security, and control of a Brink’s-owned or leased 24-foot dry van straight truck while traveling to customer pickup and delivery locations. The role includes guarding customer liability during the delivery or pickup of valuables and maintaining courteous, professional interactions with customers. Drivers load and unload the truck, communicate with branch or dispatch personnel by radio, report faults or discrepancies, complete driving and delivery documentation, keep the vehicle interior clean, and follow security and safety procedures. The position may also involve cross-training and other assigned duties.

• Able to work weekends, holidays, and/or extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, and control of a Brink’s-owned or leased 24-foot dry van straight truck while driving to and from customer pickup and delivery locations.
• Guard customer liability during the delivery or pickup of valuables at customer locations.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor during daily customer interactions.
• Load and unload the truck.
• Maintain radio communication with branch and/or dispatch personnel.
• Report faults or discrepancies experienced during the day’s activity.
• Complete appropriate driving and delivery documentation.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle’s interior.
• Observe all security and safety procedures.
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
