About The Position
W.B. Mason is seeking a dependable Coffee Equipment Specialist – Equipment Refurbishment Technician to join our team in a full‑time capacity. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who value organization, consistency, and hands‑on work in a structured environment. In this full-time role, you'll refurbish coffee and beverage equipment, manage and organize inventory parts, and prepare equipment for deployment. You'll also assist Road Technicians with large installations and van loading, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently each day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing experience
- Ability to work with minimal supervision with excellent multitasking skills
- Neat and organized work habits
- Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑up
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Responsibilities
