Complete low-level assignments related to receiving, picking, and shipping inventory. Applies knowledge of warehouse procedures to support more experienced team members. In turn, acquire additional skills and knowledge about the inbound, outbound, cycle counting, and floor stock roles.

Requirements

Must be able to learn team skills and apply them to the assignments given, working in a teaming environment.
Some exposure to warehouse procedures and experience with using forklifts/waves is strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

Prior exposure and experience in a Solar Turbines manufacturing environment
Prior experience with Turbine engines and packages

Responsibilities

Applies basic warehouse knowledge to execute tasks, assist higher level technicians, participate in team assignments to receive and ship parts to support production and the customer.
Works under close supervision using verbal instructions and as guidance.
Learns to use forklifts, waves, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as well as the LN system.
Receiving items externally shipped to Mabank.
Unloading trucks and storing material in the warehouse
Picking items to support floor production or commissioning orders
Supporting the cycle counting team with completing surplus cycle counts
Learning and performing all duties related to the warehouse roles
