Concorde Education seeks independent instructional contractors to provide coding and computer science enrichment services for K–12 students. Assignments are in person at partner schools, with locations, grade levels, schedules, curriculum, available technology, and program objectives varying by assignment. They commonly run for approximately 10 weeks, with typically 1–4 instructional service hours per week after school. Opportunities become available throughout the school year. Depending on the accepted assignment, contractors may plan and facilitate age-appropriate coding sessions, teach foundational programming through projects, adapt activities to students and site requirements, and support students in creating projects such as games, animations, websites, or applications. Contractors are expected to maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive learning environment, communicate assignment-related needs or significant concerns as appropriate, complete a brief session completion form after each scheduled session, and follow applicable school procedures. Concorde may provide curriculum guidance, lesson suggestions, project ideas, instructional resources, or program objectives. Contractors may exercise professional judgment and use appropriate instructional methods and materials within the assignment scope and site requirements. Compensation and terms vary by assignment; many opportunities offer an estimated $50+ per completed instructional service hour, and the posting lists a salary range of $50–$100 per hour. Contractors may propose a rate, subject to acceptance or counteroffer. Unless otherwise approved in writing, compensation is based on completed instructional service hours with students. Payment is generally made by direct deposit on the fifteenth day of the month after services are completed, subject to assignment terms and applicable law. This is a potential independent contractor assignment, not an employee position. Contractors may choose whether to apply for, accept, decline, or ignore available opportunities. Selection and placement are not guaranteed and may depend on assignment fit, agreed compensation, onboarding, background-check review, site-specific clearances, and final written confirmation. Some assignments may require authorization for background checks, fingerprinting, agency clearance, documentation, badges, or other compliance steps.
