Concorde Education is seeking independent instructional contractors to provide coding and computer science enrichment services for K–12 students. This is a potential contractor assignment, not an employee position. Contractors may choose whether to apply for, accept, decline, or ignore available opportunities. Assignment details vary by school, grade level, schedule, curriculum, technology, and program objectives. Concorde may provide curriculum guidance, lesson-plan suggestions, project ideas, instructional resources, or objectives; contractors may adapt instruction using their professional judgment within the assignment scope and site requirements. Assignments are typically conducted in person at partner schools and commonly last approximately 10 weeks, with 1–4 instructional service hours per week after school. Opportunities arise throughout the school year. Topics may include introductory programming, Scratch or ScratchJr, beginner Python, web development fundamentals, computational thinking, debugging, interactive projects, collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving. Specific content and platforms vary by assignment. Compensation depends on the assignment and agreed contractor terms. Many opportunities offer an estimated $50 or more per completed instructional service hour with students. Contractors may propose a rate, which Concorde may accept, decline, or counter based on the assignment budget. Unless otherwise approved in writing, payment is based on completed instructional service hours. Payment is generally made by direct deposit on the fifteenth day of the month following service, subject to accepted assignment terms and applicable law. Applicants selected to proceed may be invited to create a contractor profile and complete onboarding. Applying or completing onboarding does not guarantee selection, placement, or future assignments. Assignments may depend on fit, agreed compensation, onboarding, background-check review, site-specific clearances, and final written confirmation. Some assignments may require background-check authorization, fingerprinting, agency clearance, documentation, or identification badges before services begin. Concorde Education considers contractor applicants without regard to status protected by applicable law and is committed to respectful, inclusive, student-centered programming.
