About The Position
The Adolphus, an iconic Dallas hotel with over a century of hospitality, has reimagined its 407-room downtown property to evoke a grand European home. We are seeking a Cocktail Server who appreciates the art of the drink, possesses knowledge of both traditional and creative libations (including classic cocktails and craft beers), and can make informed recommendations to guests seeking new experiences. This role is crucial in increasing customer retention and loyalty through the delivery of quality beverages, impeccable service, and warm hospitality.
Requirements
- Ability to create meaningful relationships with guests
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to carry food and drink trays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of menu and presentation standards
- Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership
- Offer informed suggestions for guests
