About The Position

As a Cocktail Server in the Speakeasy, you will provide prompt, courteous, and attentive beverage service and build positive guest relationships through engaging, professional interactions. You will maintain knowledge of beverage offerings, promotions, and events; promote venue events and specialty beverages; and participate in approved promotional and marketing initiatives. The position also involves entering orders, processing payments, handling cash, monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption, resolving service problems, preparing fruit, and operating and maintaining equipment and utensils in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.

The stated schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 6 PM to 2 AM. Pay is $12 per hour plus tips. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing and guest-focused personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to count money and change correctly.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality, nightlife, or beverage service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of social media platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Slice and pit fruit as required.
• Operate and maintain equipment and utensils in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
• Count money and change correctly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
