Requirements

  • Friendly, attentive, and professional service attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and composure.
  • Knowledge of basic beverage service and garnishing standards.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous cocktail or restaurant serving experience preferred (but not required).

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and courteous beverage service to all guests.
  • Ensure initial drink delivery within five minutes—garnished and prepared exactly to recipe standards.
  • Offer and deliver refills proactively, ensuring guests never have to ask twice.
  • Anticipate guest needs and accommodate special requests with care and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient service area.
  • Work collaboratively with bartenders, servers, and management to uphold Cattlemens’ standards of four-star hospitality.
