About The Position
This role involves providing excellent guest service and professionalism, upholding the values and mission of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. The Cocktail Server will be responsible for serving beverages and food, stocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness of stations and gaming areas, and assisting the bartender. The position also focuses on creating and maintaining a positive work environment and fostering good team member relations.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license.
- A minimum of 6 (six) months’ experience in serving beverages required.
- Must maintain a valid WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit.
- Must have or be able to obtain a Class 13 Alcohol Service Permit.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of POS systems.
- Knowledge of health & safety standards, and safety regulations as required.
- Ability to demonstrate exhibit intrinsic motivation and work ethics.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively within a team.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to maintain neat, clean, and healthy work habits.

- Promote positive guest relations.
- Serve beverages and food.
- Stock supplies.
- Clean stations and gaming areas in a safe and sanitary manner.
- Assist bartender as needed.
- Create, maintain, and facilitate a positive work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
