This individual should appreciate and understand the art of the drink, possessing knowledge of both traditional and creative libations, from classic cocktails to craft beers. The role involves making recommendations to guests seeking new experiences, serving quality beverages with impeccable service, and providing warm hospitality to increase customer retention and loyalty.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of menu and presentation standards
• Establish rapport with guests to build customer loyalty and relay feedback to leadership
