About The Position

This role involves assisting guests with menu items, possessing full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, and menu item preparation. The position requires adherence to all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages. The ideal candidate will be able to focus on guest needs, remain calm and courteous, possess strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.
