About The Position

This is a part-time cocktail server position responsible for serving alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring quality and consistency, maintaining a clean work area, utilizing the company's point of sale system, and adhering to all company policies and alcohol service guidelines. The role requires understanding the organization's goals and vision, role-modeling the guest service program, and complying with liquor laws.

Requirements

Must be able to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.
Must be able to request identification.
Must adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures.
Must be able to assure quality, consistency and proper presentation of all served beverages.
Must be able to maintain a clean work area.
Must be able to utilize company point of sale system.
Must be able to maintain accurate records of sales.
Must be able to clean and restock work area at end of shift.
Must understand the goals and vision of the organization.
Must role model guest service program.
Must comply with company policies and procedures.
Must know liquor law service to anyone under age 21 or to anyone intoxicated is prohibited.
Must Role Model Company guest service program.
