About The Position
Provides prompt and courteous beverage service to casino guests in designated gaming areas.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.
- Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
- Work may include weekends, nights, and early mornings.
- Must be able to deliver a try of beverages weighing 15 pounds.
- Must be 21 years of age and be able to obtain all local, state and federal regulatory permits as required by position.
Responsibilities
- Offers complimentary beverages to casino guests in designated gaming areas.
- Acknowledges and greets guests in a friendly manner.
- Maintains a clean and well-stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines.
- Performs required duties in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Other duties as assigned.
