About The Position

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring an entry-level Cocktail Server. The position offers flexible after-school and weekend hours, with no late nights; most restaurant employees finish before 9 p.m. The role involves learning menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods; helping residents and guests choose items suited to their preferences; accurately recording food and beverage orders; and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Compensation is $18.25 per hour. State regulations and requirements may apply and take precedence over the requirements listed in the posting.

Requirements

• Must meet the state’s age requirement for serving alcohol and be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills.
• Table service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
• Share daily menu highlights and offer recommendations tailored to residents’ and guests’ preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.
