About The Position

Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring an entry-level Cocktail Server. The role involves providing an exceptional dining experience to residents and guests by learning the menu, discussing daily highlights and recommendations, accurately recording orders, and delivering table service. The position offers flexible after-school and weekend hours, with no late nights; most restaurant employees finish before 9 p.m. The compensation is $18.25 per hour.

Requirements

• Meet the state's age requirement for serving alcohol; the posting specifies that applicants must be at least 21 years old.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Have good communication skills.
• Have table service experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
• Share daily menu highlights and provide recommendations tailored to resident and guest preferences.
