About The Position

Wentworth by the Sea Resort is accepting applications for Cocktail Servers to join our Salt Kitchen & Bar team in providing an outstanding experience for our guests! Our Cocktail Server position is a great way to earn extra money in a second job or part-time work or join our team full-time! Shifts are available for lunch or dinner service with full time potential if interested. Seasonal and year-round positions are available! Our food and beverage operation is extremely busy and offers a high earning potential.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
• Ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time
• Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Engaging our guests in a friendly manner
• Serving food and beverages to guests
• Following responsible alcohol service policies and processes
