We are looking for a motivated, hands-on individual to join our manufacturing team as a Cobotic Welder Operator / Automation Technician. Prior welding experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. Nice To Haves
- Prior welding experience
- Experience with fabrication, welding, robotics, CNC equipment, or manufacturing technology
Responsibilities
- Operate and support collaborative robotic welding systems (“cobots”)
- Learn robotic welding programming and setup
- Assist with fixture setup, part alignment, and process adjustments
- Monitor weld quality and troubleshoot basic production issues
- Work closely with engineering and operations teams on automation improvements
- Help develop and improve automated manufacturing processes
- Participate in the growth of our automation and advanced manufacturing capabilities
