About The Position

The Coating Operator is responsible for supporting the final steps of production within a biologicals manufacturing environment focused on humic and fulvic-based products. This hands-on position requires staging production totes within a designated area, following standard operating procedures to prep the totes, ensuring timely product movement, and compliance with company quality and safety standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years of manufacturing experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements
Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
Attention to detail
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn production equipment
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment

Nice To Haves

Experience within chemical, agriculture, biologicals, liquid processing, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy and industrial machinery, such as a forklift
Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
Operate production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Accurately and legibly complete production activity sheets, logs, and quality control documentation
Undergo cross-training and be willing to support other operations when needed
Support material handling, inventory accuracy, and cycle count activities
Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel
Identify and report safety concerns, process deviations, or equipment issues
Perform any additional tasks assigned by your manager
